Shipping Policy

Order Processing Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Processing may take longer during sales, public holidays, or unusually high demand. Delivery and Tracking Delivery timelines depend on your location and courier availability. Tracking information is provided after dispatch and can be viewed in your EEYEE order portal. Delays Weather, courier operations, public holidays, transport disruption, and other unforeseen events can affect delivery timing. These events are outside EEYEE's control, but we will help wherever possible. Address Accuracy Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, PIN code, and phone number. EEYEE is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.
