Cancellation Policy

Customer Cancellations Customers may cancel an order before dispatch. Orders that have already been shipped generally cannot be cancelled and must follow the Return & Refund Policy, if eligible. EEYEE Cancellations EEYEE may cancel an order because of inventory issues, pricing mistakes, technical errors, fraud prevention, or payment verification failure. Refunds Approved cancellations of prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method.
